This is her recipe with a few tweaks, and guys it was stunning baby gorgeous. I’m not huge on dill and olives but something about the way Hailee marries flavors I knew i could trust her when i couldn’t get this recipe out of my head. TRY IT YOULL LOVE IT and people will be so impressed by this flavor combo. I paired with day old white rice to soak up the goodness. LOVE YOU BYE!!!!

Sometimes the best meals are so unplanned you don’t even begin recording until you’re done ! Garlic bread crumb chicken cutlets with lemon garlic parm orzo. One that I use all my garlic and eat without @carloalbertofuria :(

A proper send off to the best of the best: a summer heirloom tomato. 🫶🏻 first made this in Calabria and decided it deserved its moment. Vermouth or no vermouth this is a choose your own journey.

Cumin, paprika, garlic chickpeas and sweet potato
Turmeric and ginger bone broth basmati rice
Pickled red onions
Fried shallots
Dijon garlic hot honey vinaigrette (used ACV not shown and a bit of water)

S&P on everything be smart salt everything
